My WIP is whipping into shape, Felted Soaps and some Awards!!!

Well he now has a hat!!

He's no longer just a handsome face...

My new friend is almost ready for some heat....

Have you figured out what he is yet????

Awwwww yes and some felted soaps or Soaps With Coats!!!
They are wet felted with wool so your washcloth is part of your soap, how cool is that?
They smell so good...Camay and Ivory so far, awwwwww.
Okay, they smell better than they look, still working on my technique for these....

My sister is currently my felted soap tester, lol.

Life is GOOD!!! Lucky me, I have received this award four times, how lucky can I get. Must go and buy a lottery ticket, hay, you never know....

First let me say that I am SO sorry Dede and Chris for not acknowledging my awards here sooner. Life was a bit crazy at the time, sorry. Today I was given this Award again and again, whooo hoooo. So I have decided to post one at a time in the order they were given to me. LOL, by the time I'm done answering my 40 questions you will all know more about me than I do, hahahahahaha. Ready for some fun, here we go...

Next time I will be posting my Life Is Good Award from Chris of Christine's Primitive House so be sure to come back to find out what Chris is curious to know about me, hehehehehehe. See you then.....

  1. Wow - that is a great idea (felted soap). :) I loved Lost in Space, too ("Danger, Will Robinson!!!" - haha). I agree with your wish. Cancer needs to pack up and leave the planet. Thanks for explaining the soap and congrats on the award! xox - Pam

  2. Brenda you are such a sweetie and a bundle of creative energy. I vote moon man on your latest sculpt and I can't wait to see him finished. I'm sure he will be wonderful. The felted soap is kind of scary though...I picture a big Italian guy scrubbing his back and that's what the soap looks like when he is done!LOL, It makes sense though and is a good idea, good luck with it. Congrats on the award too.

  5. Thank you Pam!! The soaps need a little tweeking yet, they reminded me a bit of cobwebs, lol.

LMAO Tammy, that was a close one, almost spit my coffee all over my computer screen, hahahahaha. I think you may be right about the big Italian scrubbing his back with them, ewwww but yeah they are kinda hairy looking. I was thinking cobwebby but your description is much better, lol. Thank you on my Award!!
